Commercial, travel & editorial photography and writing is available. Jobs are quoted on a case-by-case basis with a flat fee based on the trip details and destination. I am an experienced US domestic traveler with a strong knowledge base of the Midwest, South and East Coast. I have traveled internationally to England, Jamaica, Mexico and Canada. In 2011, I will be traveling throughout Europe with stops primarily in Spain and France as well as a tour of the West Coast of Canada.
I previously shot between 20-30 weddings a year. Starting in 2010 I am booking no more than 1 per month for the future! This will enable me to give my clients the best service and experience possible while still maintaining an active travel schedule! I encourage the booking of weddings all over the world and have so far worked in every major region of the United States for my wedding clients. Wedding Photography coverage that includes your high resolution, edited, digital images on DVD w/ personal printing rights currently starts at $2,500.
Lifestyle portrait sessions start at $250 and include your high resolution, edited, digital images on CD w/ personal printing rights.
For Wedding Clients: Add-ons such as albums, archival prints, canvas gallery wraps, custom guest books or even a second photographer and more are all available; detailed pricing is released during a client consultation over the phone, in person or via Skype (username: kirsten_alana). A retainer (more commonly called a deposit) of $500 reserves your wedding weekend*. Only one wedding is booked per weekend. Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. I cannot hold dates without a valid retainer.
Destination wedding coverage is absolutely available and encouraged! Price structure depends on the destination. I have also photographed destination engagement sessions in locations like Holland, Las Vegas, Chicago and San Francisco!

*Kirsten Alana Photography accepts check, cash, money order and credit card payments. Credit card payments are handled through a virtual terminal by authorize.net one of the industries leading providers of credit card processing.
Exchange/Refund and Cancellation Policy as Required by Credit Card Law: Payments made on all products will be retained in full by the photographer. There is a no refund policy on all products offered by Visible Images Photography. In the event that a product is deemed unsatisfactory by both parties, the photographer and client, an exchange of equal product will be permitted. In the event that an engagement or portrait session, other than a wedding, needs be rescheduled, an additional date will be provided considering the consent of both parties, the photographer and the client. In the event the client cancels this contract for ANY reason, all monies shall be retained by the photographer to offset the photographer’s loss of business. Final balance is due on the day of event. The photographer reserves the right to leave any event where final payment is not presented before the beginning of the ceremony.
